Race Day Schedule of Events:

• 8:30 am –  Registration Desk Open
• 9:30 am – Registration Desk Closes

• 9:30 am – Kid’s 1 Mile Fun Run Start
• 10:00 am – 5k Run/Walk and 10k Run Start

• 10:30 am – Raffle Drawing Closes
• 11:00 am – 5k Race Award Ceremony
• 11:15 am – Raffle Prize Winners Announced
• 11:30 am – 10k Race Award Ceremony

Prizes:

Overall prizes for first place male and female winner for both the 5K and the 10K Race is a gift basket of local goods and gift certificates (valued $50+).

First place male and female winners for each age group (5 year increments) receive a homemade apple pie. Second place age group winners will receive a gift certificate for a King’s Ice Cream Cone. Third place age group winners will receive homemade cookies.

The finish line will also feature food and other goodies for all runners.

We will also have a raffle drawing that features local prizes – including race entries, gift certificates to local restaurants, gift baskets, and a homemade pie.

Parking:

Designated areas for parking will be located at the church with overflow parking directed to near-by sites the morning of the race.

Do not park along Route 32, you will be ticketed.  Park only in designated areas.

If possible, please carpool to the race.

Directions:

	From Schuylerville: Bacon Hill Reformed Church is located on NY-32 N, 3.2 miles headed north on NY-32 from the intersection of NY-32 and NY-29 in Schuylerville, NY.From Saratoga: Follow NY-50 N from Broadway for approximately 6 miles.  Turn right onto King Road and follow for 4.8 miles.  Turn left onto Stonebridge Road and the church will be directly in front of you at the intersection of Stonebridge Road and NY-32.From Glens Falls: From the traffic circle, follow NY-32 S for 0.8 miles.  Turn right onto NY-32 S/ US 9 S/Saratoga Ave and follow for 0.7 miles.  Turn left onto NY-32 S/Ganesvoort Rd and follow for 6.7 miles.  Turn left onto NY-32 S/Schuylerville Rd and follow for 6.4 miles.  The church will be on the left.
